1st - 6th April 2013
Our seven-day itinerary includes: (subject to change)
Arrival - Monday – 1st
Upon arrival in Koh Samui Airport, you will collect your luggage and a transfer will await you to take you to Absolute Sanctuary
Resort. Check in and settle into your room. Welcome dinner at the Love Kitchen and introduction to the retreat.
Tuesday 2nd
- Breakfast in the resort
- Morning tour to Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem Temple. The temple is famous for the hundreds of big fish and is
one of the most colourful temples on Samui, featuring 18 arms it’s a strong Buddha statue set in the middle of the lake, with
a focus on Understanding Exposure and your basic camera settings.
- Late Lunch in the Resort
- Free time for swim or massage.
- ‘Intuitive Photography’ workshop– vision, individual expression and composition, plus Q&A Exposure and camera settings.
- Free time and visit downtown Chaweng to explore with your camera, (dinner at own expense).
Wednesday 3rd
- Breakfast in the resort
- Butterfly Garden - half day tour where we will be focusing on closeup macro & intuitive photography and exposure,
followed by lunch at Lamai, at one of Samui's top Gourmet Vegetarian & Raw Food Resturants "Radiance" and a swim
at Lamai beach. Located right on the beach at the Spa Resort in Lamai, is voted one of the top 50 best vegetarian
restaurants in the World.(Lunch at own expense). Return to resort.
- Free time, swim, steam, massage and yoga at 4 pm (optional)
- Image Review session, gear guide and Tips for taking better Portraits in the conference room
- Dinner in the resort– free time
Thursday 4th
- Breakfast at the Resort (pre order the night before)
- Early morning marine park adventure by boat to photograph the stunning islands Koh Tao & Koh Nang Yuan, time for
Photography Q&A, on the boat.
- Free time in afternoon, swim, massage,
- Dinner at the Resort, free time after dinner or join us for a movie in the theatre.
Friday 5th
- Yoga, meditation
- Breakfast at the resort
- Introduction to Food Photography Workshop in the Resort
- World Famous Thai cooking culinary class in Chaweng at 4pm with photographic opportunities & you will get to eat
everything you create.
- Free time to explore Chaweng Markets and beach.
- Free time in Chaweng Beach to explore (at own expense) Resort shuttle or taxi at own expense back to resort
Saturday 6th
- Yoga, meditation,
- Breakfast at the resort
- Final image reviews in conference room in the morning
- Lunch at the resort
- Entire afternoon free for additional tours and exploring Koh Samui, or to relax and have a massage
- Farewell dinner in Chaweng (at own expense)
Sunday 7th - Checkout
- Morning yoga and meditation
- Breakfast at the Resort
- Free time to relax before checking out
- Checkout Transfer to Airport included
** Option to extend your stay at discounted rate

- Travel insurance - compulsory and should be purchased from your travel specialist, prior to departure
- Accommodation or meals en route to Koh Samui.
- Visas – please check with your travel specialist
- Personal Taxi fares
- Resort services such as laundry, phone
- Personal day trips or tour activities (not highlighted)
- Tips, taxes and Gratuities
- Private one on one consultations with individual Holistic Practitioners (payable by cash only)
- Any purchases, food or drinks purchased outside of the retreat program
- Credit card surcharges, if applicable.
Special Discount Rates for Participants on extended services:
- 15% discount on any additional food and drinks during the retreat
- 20% discount on additional spa treatments
- 50% discount for any extensions of stay on room rack rates.
- Additional yoga classes are 250 bt per session, payable on checkout.

Cancellation policy
- If cancelled 31 days or more before departure, a fee equal to 50% of the workshop cost will be payable.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before departure, or in the case of a “no show” on the date of departure, a fee
equal to 100% of the workshop cost will be payable.
- Failure to pay by the due dates will be deemed to be a cancellation of the booking.
- No refunds will be made for unused portions or services of the workshop for any reason.
- The workshop is sold as a land package only. Cancellation fees are not transferable. Credit card surcharges will
apply if the fees are paid by credit card.
